The Glock 35 Competition model is designed with an extended barrel and a longer sight radius, enhancing accuracy. It incorporates Glock’s Safe Action system, ensuring a uniform trigger pull from the first shot to the last. The pistol is equipped with three independent mechanical safeties integrated into its fire control system. These safeties disengage in sequence as the trigger is pulled and automatically reengage upon release. Constructed from polymer with hardened steel guides, the frame offers an optimal grip angle and lightweight design. The slide stop lever and magazine catch are conveniently accessible with the shooting hand. The slide features an advanced surface treatment that enhances hardness, significantly reducing wear and tear while providing corrosion resistance, even in saline environments. The matte finish effectively minimizes light reflection. The barrel is cold-hammer forged and mechanically locked, sharing the same advanced surface treatment as the slide.
