Updated review #3 I took a few months off from shooting here since my last review, and things seem to have settled in a bit better. I gotta just say that the crew seems more dialed in now, and Rob, Kevin, and Erika are all super cool. Made for a better experience on the retail front. Acknowledging imperfections, Mister Guns Plano is a well worn in range, like a good ol’ baseball glove or favorite pair of shoes. Not perfect shiny and new, but the vibe here is probably better than any range within 30 minutes - especially if you like socializing with other shooters.  The clientele is almost always very friendly, and if you like talking guns and are willing to reach out to the neighbor in the lane next to you, I’ve found many people are enthusiastic about what they are shooting and are happy to let you try out their gear.  There are sometimes Newbies who are shooting their first / rented pistol, and it’s nice to see other shooters sensitive to them if they need help. A very friendly environment and good community.  I’d say you get out what you put in. Appreciate getting to know you, Ro. Thanks for the good shop to shoot. ————— I’ve been coming here for a couple of years now.. I’m updating my past review because I was sent a text asking for feedback again.  Dropping from 5 stars to an honest 3. The last few months seem to have been met with employees who wish they were somewhere else or didn’t want to have to “deal with” customers. I have to say, the sales and rental selections have a decent offering, and they don’t seem to have a minimum age if you want your young ones to come shoot with you. Sadly, the freshness of the range seems to be falling more and more into disrepair.  Today, my lane target carrier wouldn’t come back to the shooting bench, and half of the range was closed due to repairs being undertaken. I’ve never seen a RSO on duty in the last two years of coming, and while it’s usually an enthusiastic gun crowd in house, I’d still recommend keeping a vigilant eye on folks around you. Safety isn’t the #1 priority. I really liked this range in the past, so I hope things turn more positive in the future. I’ll probably stop in and check it out, but my displeasure has grown enough that I chose to cancel my $50/month membership, as there are a number of other ranges close by that seem to keep things a little more tightly run. ———— I’ve been coming here for the last year. Such a great crew. Clean, bright, and a really modern take on a local range. Chaid, Angel, Daniel and the rest of the gang are knowledgeable and have been helpful with insight and recommendations for getting a trust set up for class 3 purchases, which they also do. It’s great place to go too, all lanes are up to 25yards. They let you fast fire and allow the use of FRTs. Definitely my go to when don’t need to shoot past 25yards,

It was a great experience Kevin who workd there really helped me out. It was my first time shooting in an indoor range and hadn't shot in over 2 years so he really helped me know the guns and load the guns and Really went out of his way.

The goat Robert handed us some headphones since we had left ours at home. My gun has been having issues and he is currently helping me out and telling me what my options are.
