The Glock 19 Gen5 MOS is equipped with a slide that has been precisely machined to accommodate a mounting system for widely used optic sights. The Gen5 model includes a flared magazine well that features a larger funnel for enhanced reloading efficiency. It is also designed with the Glock Marksman Barrel (GMB), which incorporates more aggressive polygonal rifling, a target-style crown, and tighter chamber specifications. The ambidextrous slide stop levers enhance ergonomics for both left-handed shooters and those using their support hand. Additionally, the design eliminates finger grooves and incorporates the Safe Action System, which ensures that safeties disengage in a sequential manner as the trigger is pulled and automatically re-engage upon release. The enlarged floor plate facilitates easier magazine removal, and the customizable frame size is achieved through backstraps available in two sizes, complete with a beavertail.

The adjustable backstrap frame allows users to modify the grip circumference to suit their individual hand sizes. The MOS variant features a slide that is precisely machined for the installation of popular optic sights. With the availability of multiple adapter plates (sold separately), users can swiftly and conveniently mount miniature red dot sights. The package includes one adapter plate, three magazines, a magazine loader, a cleaning kit, a pistol case, and a gun lock.
