The TAC series represents Rock Island Armory’s most adaptable and comprehensive 1911 model, incorporating meticulous engineering features designed to provide every tactical advantage and customization option available. Each TAC series 1911 is equipped with a full-length under-picatinny tactical rail, facilitating the attachment of various custom accessories.

The skeletonized hammers and triggers, along with an over-travel stop, offer essential adjustments for those seeking a fully functional 1911. The TAC Ultra FS model features a complete tactical rail.

It is constructed with a 5-inch button-rifled barrel, supported by a full-length guide rod and a complete dust cover. This model includes a low-profile adjustable rear sight paired with a high-visibility fiber optic front sight.

Additionally, it is equipped with a skeletonized hammer and trigger featuring an adjustable over-travel stop. The TAC Ultra is finished with a durable parkerized matte coating and is complemented by battle-ready G10 tactical grips.
